Dr. Blanca Pérez-Aguilar is the Core Officer at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) for ENHANCE, the European Universities of Technology Alliance, a strategic partnership of European universities. She holds a PhD from UPV (2023), a Master’s in Building, and a degree in Architecture.

Dr. Pérez-Aguilar brings extensive experience in research information management systems and international collaboration, with expertise in metadata normalization and CRIS system development. Her research background spans acoustic engineering and cultural heritage, with publications in international journals and presentations at European conferences.

She has international experience through research stays at the University of Washington (Seattle) and Technische Universität Braunschweig. Her diverse background combines technical architecture expertise with advanced information science skills and international university alliance management, positioning her at the intersection of traditional building sciences, modern digital systems, and European higher education cooperation
