Valencia Silicon Cluster, General Secretary
Carlos G. Triviño holds degrees in laws and philosophy from the University of Valencia and has completed postgraduate studies in European institutional law. He is an internationally recognized professional in the fields of public-private governance and industrial strategy. Since 2023, he has been the General Secretary of the Valencia Silicon Cluster and has worked as a technical advisor to the University of Valencia and the Technical University of Valencia in the creation of university-industry chairs in microelectronic design and advanced materials for the microchip and semiconductor industry. He coordinated the Spanish working group on Semiconductors and the Draghi Report and served as rapporteur for the European Commission’s Industry Advisory Group on the European Chips Act 2.0.
