Executive Director at Alcántara

He has a 16-year track record at Matrices Alcántara—a company specializing in tooling and metal stamping for the automotive industry—where he currently serves as CEO. He began his career leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, a specialty he has also taught at the UPV (Polytechnic University of Valencia).

Throughout his career, he has driven the company’s growth and internationalization, always maintaining a people-centered leadership approach, firmly convinced that human teams are the primary differentiating value in the industry.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of AVIA (Automotive and Mobility Cluster of the Valencian Community), where he actively contributes to the development of the industrial and automotive ecosystem.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPV and the UPCT of Cartagena, and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
