Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia. PhD candidate in Business Administration and Management at the Universitat Politècnica de València within the Business Combinations research line. Member of various national and international professional organizations, lecturer at the Catholic University of Valencia, and registered economist at the College of Economists of Valencia. With more than 35 years of professional experience, he began his professional activity as an internal auditor at TYCESA, a Valencian textile multinational, before joining the current law and economic firm Andersen Tax & Legal, an international association of member firms composed of professionals providing tax, legal, and financial services worldwide. As an International Partner, director of its Corporate Finance & Valuation practice, and member of the Board of Directors, he has spent almost his entire professional career at this firm. He belongs to several Steering and Strategy Committees for the firm’s clients, as well as Family Council Committees and other management bodies. Expert in corporate finance operations, corporate reorganizations, business combinations, and company and asset valuation.
