Marcos Martínez Vázquez, a telecommunications engineer, has been working in the microelectronics sector for over 25 years at various startups and multinational companies.

He is currently the director of standards at MaxLinear, coordinating the company’s participation in the development of new telecommunications infrastructure standards that will be integrated into the next generations of semiconductor components. Marcos also serves as coordinator of AMETIC’s Microelectronics Working Group, whose goal is to develop initiatives to promote the microelectronics industry in Spain.
