Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Televés

Ángel Álvarez Fernández holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Vigo and, since January 2026, has served as Chief Business Officer of Televés S.A.U., a leading global technology company specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of solutions for telecommunications infrastructure.

He joined Televés in 2002 in the Export Department, and throughout his career at the company, he has played key roles in its international growth and business diversification. He has held positions such as Managing Director of Televés France, Technical Sales Director, Director of Business Development for International Subsidiaries and New Business Lines, and Business Director, before assuming his current role.

During this period, he has driven strategic projects for the company’s development, including the supply of low-power repeaters for the DTT network in France, collaboration with satellite and telecommunications operators, and the strengthening of Televés’s position across various distribution channels. Since 2015, he has also promoted the expansion into new business areas such as hospitality, datacom, and optical transport.
