Carlos G. Triviño holds degrees in law and philosophy and postgraduate studies in EU institutions. Since 2023, he has been General Secretary of the Valencia Silicon Cluster industrial association, which brings together the leading multinational companies in the microchip sector operating in the Valencia metropolitan area. As director of the company Industrial Governance, he has led numerous studies in the field of advanced technologies, particularly in the automotive and semiconductor sectors. As a consultant, he has advised on the creation of the University Chairs of Advanced Materials for Microchips and Semiconductors at the University of Valencia and Microelectronic Design at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He is currently the Coordinator of the Spanish Working Group for the European Chips Act 2.0 and the technical coordinator for the drafting of the International Semiconductor Campus.
