Her career spans leadership roles at global companies such as Marvell Semiconductor, DS2, and Valeo, where she has built and led international HR teams, managed complex post-acquisition integrations, and spearheaded programs in workforce planning, employer branding, and leadership development. Isabel has a proven track record of aligning people strategy with business growth, particularly in R&D-intensive and multicultural settings.
At MaxLinear, she has played a key role in building a regional HR structure across Europe and Israel, supporting the company’s expansion and technological evolution.
