Lilly Adlgasser’s professional journey spans the dynamic fields of e-commerce, automotive, and, most recently, the enabling and management of funding initiatives for digital and sustainable transformation. Over the past two years, she managed the “Peak Performer” project in Styria, supporting companies in accelerating their digital and sustainable transformation through funded consulting services and hands-on innovation initiatives.

This experience further strengthened her expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination. She now contributes this expertise as Project Manager for Funding & Skills within the ATC³ project (Austrian Chips Competence Center), driving initiatives that foster innovation, talent development, and technological advancement.
