Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), she has developed her career in companies related to Communications technologies. She started working at Uni2, the former Spanish subsidiary of France Telecom in the R&D department and continued her career in companies related to microelectronics. For several years she was Director of Operations at the Spanish start-up Diseño de Sistemas en Silicon (DS2), whose main business was the design of chips and technology for electrical cable communication. She was appointed Director of Marvell Hispania in 2010, when the semiconductor multinational acquired the company’s assets, and continued in the same position when Maxlinear bought Marvell Hispania in 2017. She also manages global projects in collaboration with the HR department of the company, last one related to the M&A of an Intel Business Unit into Maxlinear. She led the creation of the Valencia Silicon Cluster, of which she was appointed President in 2023.
