Director of Digital Health Sales for EMEA at Analog Devices

Mónica Redón Segrera is the Director of Sales for Digital Healthcare in the EMEA region at Analog Devices, where she leads strategic initiatives to drive innovation in the healthcare sector.
She earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), an MBA for Engineers from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Distance Education University (UNED).

Throughout her career, she has combined solid technical expertise with leadership roles in engineering, systems, and sales.
He began his career at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany and later worked at a Valencian tech startup, DS2. Since joining Analog Devices in 2010, he has held various roles across different business units, leading up to his current position, where he combines his deep technological expertise with a market-oriented strategic vision.
