Raquel Jorge

Raquel Jorge is a prominent expert in technology policy and digital governance with a solid international track record that combines strategic research and public policy advising. Currently, she serves as Director of European Affairs and Head of the Brussels Office at Adigital, Chair of the Executive Policy Advisory Committee at DigitalEurope, and Associate Senior Research Fellow at the prestigious think tanks Elcano Royal Institute and CEPS, in addition to being a member of the Advisory Council of CDTI (2024–2027). Throughout her career, she has advised the European Commission and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led projects on Internet governance at the European University Institute, and collaborated with global institutions such as the World Bank and Harvard University. Holding degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Spain and France, and a Master’s in Security Policy from George Washington University as a Fulbright Scholar, she has been recognized as an emerging global leader in prestigious forums like the International Strategy Forum (ISF) Fellowship and the Santander-CIDOB “35 Under 35” list.
